How does ordering work?+
Browse the shop, add what you want, and hit Send Order Request — there's no payment up front. We confirm availability and your final total, then send you a quick payment request. You only pay once it's confirmed.
How do I pay?+
After we confirm your order, we'll send a payment request through Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. No card details are entered on the site.
Do you ship? Can I pick up?+
We ship across the U.S. — fast and tracked. Prefer to grab it in person? Local pickup can be arranged — just mention it when you order.
How long until I get my order?+
Most orders are ready within a few days — usually faster for local pickup. We'll give you a clear timeline as soon as we confirm your order.
Can you source something specific?+
Yes — if you saw a piece on our IG @supe.rresells that's not currently up, or you've got a brand/print you're hunting for, send it over and we'll try to track it down.
Do you give bulk / wholesale pricing?+

What about sizing?+
Our pieces run roughly true to size — size up if you want an oversized fit. Every product has a size guide built into its quick view on the shop page.
Returns or exchanges?+
Got an issue with your order? Reach out and we'll make it right. Because most pieces are one-of-a-few, we handle exchanges case by case.
